National 500 Club

The National 500 Bowling Club, Inc. is corporation for non-profit. The Club was established to unite in a national honorary group of all female bowlers who have qualified for membership by bowling a three game scratch series of 500 or more, in leagues or tournaments sanctioned by the United States Bowling Congress, the Women’s International Bowling Congress, the Canadian Tenpin Federation, and the Young American Bowling Alliance Collegiate Division. The National 600 Club encourages its members to promote social and charitable activities and devote themselves to the fun of bowling. The National 600 Club urges all its members to play the game in a clean, sportsmanlike manner, bringing credit and honor to themselves and to the National 600 Bowling Club, Inc. The National 600 Club encourages city and state groups to form local clubs, conduct sanctioned tournaments, promote social activities, bowl for fun, and, in general, carry out the objects and purpose of the National 600 Bowling Club, Inc. on the local level.

The National 600 Club conducts an annual tournament and meeting for its members, sanctioned by the Women’s International Bowling Congress.

If you meet the criteria of bowling a three game scratch series of 600 or more, in leagues or tournaments sanctioned by the United States Bowling Congress, the Women’s International Bowling Congress, the Canadian Tenpin Federation, and the Young American Bowling Alliance Collegiate Division, you may visit the links below or contact the RWBA 600 Club Secretary and she will be more than happy to help process your National Membership application. There is a one time, lifetime membership fee to join the National 600 Club. RWBA 600 Club members are not required to join the National 600 Club, but are encouraged to do so.

National 700 Club

LES DAMES de 700 BOWLING CLUB, INC. 

The Les Dames de 700 Bowling Club, Inc. is a nonprofit and independent  organization comprised of USBC (United States Bowling Congress) and CTF  (Canadian Tenpin Foundation) women who have bowled a three game series  of 700 or higher in USBC, CTF or WIBC certified/sanctioned league or  tournament competition. They are referred to as an affiliate or allied  organization as the National 500 and the National 600 Bowling Clubs.  Membership is applied for through an application and submitted with verifiable scores and an initial $25 (1 year) fee. 

Their Annual Tournament is conducted using scores members bowl in the USBC Women’s  Championship Tournament.  Three mail-o-graphic tournaments are also held annually. Scores are taken from Tournament and league competition. There are 3 average divisions and one senior division (for those who  are 60 or older).

An annual meeting is held generally during the USBC convention.  Information for the meeting is posted on their website and Les Dames Facebook page as dates and place are provided. Les Dames de 700 was organized in 1947 and was the parent of the PWBA, Professional Women’s Bowling Association.

Dues are $5 and are due August 1st each year. Those who have paid  dues for twenty-five years are eligible for life membership; due payments are no longer required yet full membership privileges and benefits are retained.

By August 2019, the club had over 1,000 active members from the  United States and Canada; 275 are life members.  Included in their membership are former members of Team USA, the PWBA, the WIBC Board of Directors and Bowling Inc. staff.  Currently, there are two members on the USBC Board of Directors and several members on staff at Bowling Headquarters.  Also included are nineteen WIBC and USBC Hall of Fame  inductees. 

If you know a bowler who has rolled a 700 scratch series, invite her to join. Annual dues of $5 are required each season payable, from August 1, to July 31, unless you are a Lifetime member. To compete in the Les Dames 700 Club tournaments, you must hold a current season’s membership card.
